Slovakman's flagship distance — the legendary 226 on the banks of the Váh. 3.8 km of swimming, 180 km on the bike and a full 42.2 km marathon run through an arena of fans right in the centre of Piešťany.

Overall winners (men and women): €700 / €400 / €250 / €150 / €100. The top three in every age group receive trophies, and the fastest swimmer, cyclist and runner each receive a special prize. Every finisher gets a medal and a technical finisher t-shirt.
